My brother and partner re-opened earlier this year and gave me the opportunity to use their kitchen in the afternoon when closed.

Most afternoons and evenings I can be found in a cloud of icing sugar producing mouth watering heavenly treats especially for you.

It has always been a dream of mine since leaving catering college and spending a few years working at The Grand Hotel Brighton to run my own cake business.

I truly love what I am doing. We only use the finest ingredients available including real british butter and free range eggs.
